I offer individual counselling in West London and online, grounded in a Gestalt approach.
Gestalt therapy focuses on present-moment awareness — exploring how you experience yourself, others, and the world around you right now.
In our work together, we pay attention not only to what you say, but how you experience it — your emotions, bodily sensations, patterns in relationships, and ways of coping.
This can bring greater clarity, choice, and a deeper sense of self-support.
Rather than analysing from a distance, we work collaboratively and experientially, allowing insight and change to emerge through awareness.
I aim to create a space that feels open, grounded, and authentic — where you can explore difficulties, experiment with new ways of being, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feelings of disconnection or stuckness.
