Who am I
My path toward supporting health and wellbeing began more than ten years ago when I developed an interest in psychology and counselling.
I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Master’s in Health Psychology, Diploma in Counselling and Advanced Couples Therapy Training Certificate. I am a registered Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy ( BACP) and a member of the Gestalt Integrative Institute
Through my work in mental health units across the UK and my growing interest in addictions and acute mental health conditions, I discovered a passion for counselling.
For the past four years, I have been practicing counselling in both public and private healthcare settings and in my own private practice with a focus on humanistic and embodied practices.
I am a qualified Yoga Teacher with a focus on breathwork and mindful movement. I have areas of interest which include relationships, addictions, loss and bereavement, anxiety, depression, trauma and couples therapy.
I work congruently with you as a client and adapt my approaches to you as an individual seeing you as a whole person with everything you bring to the space.
I provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore what you need and work with you throughout your journey.
