About Me
My journey into supporting health and wellbeing began over a decade ago, sparked by a growing interest in psychology and counselling.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Health Psychology, a Diploma in Counselling, and an Advanced Certificate in Couples Therapy.
I am a registered Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the Gestalt Integrative Institute.
Through my experience working in mental health units across the UK, alongside a developing interest in addiction and acute mental health presentations, I discovered a deep commitment to counselling work.
For the past four years, I have practised in both public NHS and private healthcare settings, as well as in private practice.
My approach is grounded in humanistic principles and informed by embodied practices through Gestalt Therapy.
I am also a qualified Yoga Teacher, with a particular focus on breathwork and mindful movement so I can incorporate the principles of this practice into the session depending on your specific needs.
I also hold an Advanced Certificate in Couples Therapy so I am qualified to work with couples in private practice.
My areas of interest include relationships, addiction, loss and bereavement, anxiety, depression, trauma, and couples therapy.
I work collaboratively and authentically, adapting my approach to meet you as an individual and recognising you as a whole person with your own unique experiences and needs.
I currently work in West London in a counselling centre and online via Zoom. I offer counselling from Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm so I work flexibly throughout the week.
I offer a safe and confidential space where you can explore what matters most to you, supporting you throughout your therapeutic journey.
